Bark and Bone Pet Services — Text Communications Privacy Policy
- Purpose and scope This policy explains how Bark and Bone Pet Services (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when communicating with clients and prospects via SMS/MMS/text messaging and related automated messaging services. It applies to all text-based communications for appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, customer service, and other business purposes.
- Consent and enrollment
- We will only send texts to phone numbers for which we have received prior express consent (opt-in), written or electronic or verbal.
- By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Bark and Bone Pet Services.

- If you request deletion of your messages or phone number, we will remove your number from promotional and non-essential messaging lists and will delete message content where feasible, subject to legal or operational exceptions (e.g., records needed for billing or dispute resolution).
- Sharing and third parties
- We may share text message information with service providers who help deliver messages, process payments, provide customer support, or host data (e.g., SMS gateway providers, cloud storage vendors). These providers are contractually required to protect your information.
